Armen Vanyan

Mr. Armen Vanyan holds Masters Degree in audit and accounting and PhD in Economics from the Yerevan State Institute of Economics. He is a Licensed Auditor and Qualified Accountant, certified by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia. 

Mr. Vanyan joined Grant Thornton in 2006 and is now Audit Manager and is specialized in audit of banks and credit organizations. He has 5 years of experience in the sphere of audit and accounting and possesses excellent knowledge of Armenian banking regulatory environment. Mr. Vanyan has profound knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Mr. Vanyan has acted as Audit Manager for a number of assignments in enterprises and banks not only in Armenia, but also in Georgia, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
