Sedrak Tosunyan

Mr. Sedrak Tosunyan is a Member of the Accountants and Auditors Association of Armenia. He joined Grant Thornton in 1999 and in 2009 became Audit Manager.

He has 8 years of experience in valuation of fixed assets and property, plant and equipment, accounting and auditing and other related areas in various institutions of Armenia.

Mr. Tosunyan has vast knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and Valuation Standards. Having experience in preparation of financial statements according to IFRS, Mr. Tosunyan has managed numerous audit assignments.

Mr. Sedrak Tosunyan has strong experience in audit of Armenian enterprises from different sectors, such as food and beverage production, telecommunications, extractive industries.
