Daniel Hilaire

Mr. Daniel Hilaire is an expert in the field of finance and financial jurisprudence. He joined Grant Thornton (Armenia) as partner in 1998 and since than oversees implementation of assurance assignments.

Mr. Hilaire is a Chartered Accountant, and also a Licensed Financial Court Expert. Mr. Hilarie has obtained a degree in Law at the University of Assas in Paris in 1968. Later he attended the Dauphine University in Paris in 1971 and was awarded a degree in Management.

Mr. Hilaire possesses all eminent qualities and highest professionalism both in financial and legal fields and has extensive experience in international banking and finance. Deep knowledge of CIS banking system is backed up by long-term experience of work in Armenia, the Ukraine and Georgia.

Mr. Hilaire has headed over 100 audit and consulting assignments in private and public sectors in the Transacaucasus region and in the Ukraine and Belarus. His work experience includes but is not limited to bank audit and consulting, enterprise audit, management consulting, equity and business valuations, general advisory, etc.
