With over 12 years at Grant Thornton, Davit has advanced from an associate consultant to his current role as a Senior Manager in Advisory Services with a deep background in business consulting, valuation, and transaction support. He has expertise in all aspects of financial management including financial and management reporting and budgeting, financial controlling, with a focus on transactional advisory services and valuations, having advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, business planning and financial modeling.
Davit worked across diverse international landscapes with private clients and public entities (state and municipal structures and companies) in several countries such as Lithuania, Armenia, Georgia, Lebanon, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, and others. His experience covers a wide range of industries, including Transport, IT and Telecommunications, Banking, Real Estate, Education, Hospitality, Mining, Healthcare, and Private Equity. He brings a deep understanding of IFRS, IVS, TEGOVA, and RED Book standards, ensuring best-in-class advisory services across every engagement. His adaptability and cross-cultural competence have allowed him to seamlessly transition between countries, bridging gaps and fostering collaboration.
Davit’s commitment to ongoing learning is reflected in his completion of the “EBRD PMCI” project management training for consulting and accounting courses through “IATC”. His analytical, data processing, planning, and reporting skills, combined with his resilience under pressure and advanced teamwork have been key assets to his clients and colleagues.
