Experience

Marine joined Grant Thornton in 2011 and currently holds the position of Manager at Legal Department of “Grant Thornton Legal & Tax”.

During her experience within the structure of Grant Thornton, Marine has participated in legal advisory missions for a number of Armenian and foreign companies, such as establishment of companies and non-commercial organizations, providing further and continued legal support to the established entities, including legal analysis and review, legal consulting and due diligence. She is highly experienced in drafting of legal documents consistent with local legislation and international practices.

Simultaneously, starting from 2018, she has been lecturing on International Commercial Contracts Law at the French University of Armenia Foundation.
