Whistleblowing

Grant Thornton Armenia1 is committed to maintaining an open culture with the highest standards of honesty and accountability where our employees are encouraged to speak up if they have any concerns in confidence. Our policy is to encourage and enable Grant Thornton employees and other relevant individuals (including, but not limited to current and former employees, trainees, partners, board members, shareholders, job applicants, contractors, suppliers and vendors) to raise concerns within the workplace rather than overlooking a problem.

At Grant Thornton, we all have a responsibility to report suspected or known violations of laws and/or regulations, unethical conduct and other policies (including those related to the system of quality control supporting our audit and attest practices), and any other wrongdoing that has come to their attention through work.  You are encouraged to report unethical behavior and concerns, by emailing the address below, which will be received directly and addressed by the compliance official without fear of penalisation or threat of less favourable treatment, discrimination or disadvantage. We will make every effort to protect the confidentiality of those who report concerns to us. We prohibit retaliation against personnel who report a concern in good faith or assist with an investigation.
