Experience

Lilit joined Grant Thornton in 2021 and currently serves as Director of Human Capital Advisory Services. She leads HR advisory engagements in Armenia and regional markets, covering human capital strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development and other people-related advisory services. Her responsibilities include managing projects, developing proposals and methodologies, and providing HR solutions tailored to clients’ business needs.

Lilit has around 20 years of professional experience across human resources management, People and Culture, organizational development, learning and development, business advisory, customer experience and quality management. Her expertise covers a broad range of HR areas, including HR strategy and policies, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational design, job evaluation and grading, employee engagement, learning and development, rewards and motivation, corporate culture, HR audits and reporting, as well as market and salary surveys.

Throughout her career, Lilit has led HR and people-related projects for more than 45 organizations, combining extensive corporate experience with project-based advisory work.

Before joining Grant Thornton, she worked across telecommunications, finance and IT, including international companies, and led projects involving HR transformation, organizational development, talent management, employee experience and the development and digitalization of HR processes and infrastructure.

At Grant Thornton, Lilit has worked across a diverse range of HR advisory engagements, including projects for private-sector and public-sector organizations and development initiatives. Her experience includes designing and implementing HR strategies and policies, organizational structures, job descriptions and grading frameworks, performance management systems, compensation and benefits approaches, salary surveys, learning and development programmes, and initiatives focused on leadership, employee engagement and organizational culture.

Lilit has more than 15 years of experience delivering corporate and open training programmes. She conducts trainings on HR and People Management, Customer Service, Time Management and other people-related topics, and lectures on performance evaluation and career development for HR Management Master's students at Yerevan State University. She is also actively involved in professional events, panel discussions and knowledge-sharing initiatives, contributing her expertise to the development of the HR and People & Culture landscape in Armenia.

Lilit holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Sociology from Yerevan State University and completed a joint Master's programme in European Integration and Regionalism delivered by the University of Graz, University of Zagreb and the Autonomous University of Barcelona, in collaboration with the European Institute of Public Administration and the European Academy of Bolzano. She also holds an EMBA with distinction from the University of Strasbourg, City College, University of York Europe Campus. Lilit holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) certification from HRCI and the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from the Chartered Management Institute.
