Lilit started her career at Grant Thornton in 2021 as the Head of Human capital advisory services.
She has over 10 years of professional experience in all aspects of Human capital management and organizational development focused on recruitment, learning and development, quality monitoring, customer experience, trainings, coaching and change management. Lilit has a proven experience in HR management, people management, organizational development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits systems design, performance evaluation, trainings, management development, HR experience during M&A particularly in internal communication and corporate culture design, internal HR alignments during rebranding, HR infrastructure design and full functioning assurance (HR policies and procedures, digitalization of HR processes). The main sectors of her experience are telecommunication, financial sphere and IT.
Lilit has a Master degree in Social sciences, as well as in European studies being studied in 5 European universities (University of Graz, University of Zagreb, The Autonomous University of Barcelona in in cooperation with the European Institute for Public Administration and the European Academy of Bolzano). She also conducts corporate and open trainings related to HR management, people management as a non-formal education, as well performance evaluation and competences development courses for HR master students at Yerevan State University.
Lilit also has a proven experience in setting up internal software platforms, particularly knowledge base and Intranet (SharePoint based), HR administration tools (ArmSoft, Himnark), task management and collaboration tools (Slack, Bitrix24).
Throughout her professional career Lilit has managed recruitment and HR consulting processes in more than 10 organizations by showing strong leadership and project management skills within tight deadlines keeping highest quality standards.
