Tatevik joined Grant Thornton in 2009 and currently is a partner at “Grant Thornton Legal & Tax”. She has strong knowledge on corporate laws and regulations, SME sector legislation and administrative law. She advises both non-governmental organizations and private businesses on legal and tax matters, provides consulting focused on establishing a business and ongoing legal support, drafting legal opinions, contracts and other legal documents consistent with local legislation.
She has participated in legal advisory and legal due diligence missions in a wide range of areas, including finance, employment, charity, mining, real estate, consumer products, etc. Her work also includes advising clients regarding business transactions and contracts. Her good communication and negotiation skills are cornerstones to any productive business relationship with local and international clients. Tatevik is also skilled at drafting lawsuits and other legal documents and has rich experience in lawsuits and arbitration.
