Lilit joined Grant Thornton in 2019 and currently holds the position of People & Culture Manager.
She develops and leads HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, performance management and the recruitment and ongoing development of the Company staff. She serves as a liaison between the partner entities, platforms, universities, etc.
Lilit also oversees the staff training and development by planning, directing, and coordinating programs to enhance the knowledge and skills within the Company. Lilit has solid knowledge of labour laws and regulations of RA.
She coordinates implementation of policies and procedures, and assists and advises company managerial staff on Human Resources related issues.
